Use

Set the tray on a stable, level surface for your tea setting. The openings allow small drips to collect beneath the bamboo top. Empty the catch tray regularly, and remove teaware and collected water before moving the tray.

Care

Wipe or gently hand-wash with mild detergent, then dry the bamboo top and catch tray separately. Avoid prolonged soaking, abrasives, direct heat and dishwasher use. Store in a dry, ventilated place.

Do all models have the same opening pattern?

No. Cloud-like channels, straight slots, small perforations and tea-character cutouts belong to different models. The option image shows the selected pattern.

Is this an external-drainage tray?

Small drips collect in the catch tray beneath the bamboo top. Empty it regularly; an external drain hose is not included.

How should I choose the size?

Compare the measurements beside your chosen model. Round trays list diameter and height; square trays list the across measurement; rectangles list length, width and height.

Are Models D and E different sizes?

Both supplier options list approximately 19.8 cm across and 2.1 cm high. Their model references remain separate so the catalogue choices can be compared.
