Add leaves to the small chamber as shown in the preparation photograph. Fit the strainer collar and main cup securely, then use water appropriate for your chosen tea. Turn the assembled vessel carefully to let water reach the leaves, following the demonstration. Set it down on a stable surface and remove the upper assembly from the main cup before drinking. Practise the grip with cool water first and carry upright.
