Two ways to brew

Use

Set the pot on a stable surface. Place leaves in the basket and add water gently. Fit the lid and allow the tea to steep. Lift the infuser carefully when ready and pour slowly, supporting the loose lid. For flowering tea, the source demonstrates brewing with the basket removed. Keep hands clear of hot glass and metal.

Care

Allow all parts to cool before gentle hand washing. Rinse the infuser thoroughly and use a soft cloth for glass and metal. Avoid abrasives, impacts and sudden temperature changes. Do not microwave metal parts. Stovetop, oven and dishwasher suitability have not been confirmed.
