Use

Hold the wire handle and squeeze its sides gently to open the two halves. Add loose leaves with room to expand, release carefully to close and place the infuser in a stable suitable tea vessel. Steep to taste, remove carefully and allow it to cool before reopening. Very fine particles can pass through the round openings. Avoid forcing the linked joints or bending the wire handle.

Care

After cooling, empty the leaves and rinse the perforations. Hand-wash gently with mild detergent, then dry the halves, rivets and handle fully. Avoid abrasive pads, sharp cleaning tools or bending the spring end. Dishwasher suitability has not been verified.
