Use

Place the serving vessel on a stable surface with the ceramic insert correctly seated. Add tea and water appropriate for your tea, leaving room below the rim. Allow hot surfaces to cool enough to handle, lift the insert carefully and let it drain over the glass vessel. Remove the insert before pouring from the glass into the cups. Cool and dry the pieces before nesting them for storage; never force ceramic or glass into the case.

Care

Hand-wash ceramic and glass gently, rinse and dry. Clean the infuser holes softly without abrasive tools. Wipe the wooden band and case gently and avoid prolonged soaking. Let every part dry fully before packing. Avoid impacts, direct heat and sudden temperature changes. Dishwasher, microwave and case protective performance are unverified.
