Choose one independent gaiwan. Classic is approximately 110 ml; Forms 01–06 are approximately 120, 130, 150, 170, 160 and 175 ml; Yuanman is approximately 180 ml. These eight shapes have plain white and gold-trim options. Jingxin and Ruyuan motifs, plain or gold-trim White Glaze, Ink Mountain, Orchid and Blue Bamboo options have source-listed full capacity of 170 ml and working fill of 150 ml. Use

Place the gaiwan on a stable surface. Add leaves and water suitable for your tea, leaving room below the rim. Adjust the lid gently to guide the pour and take care around hot liquid and ceramic. Cups, tea trays and scoops are not included.

Care

Hand-wash gently with mild detergent and a soft cloth, then dry fully. Avoid abrasive cleaners, sudden temperature changes and impacts, especially around fine decorative accents. Inspect for damage before use.
