Use

Sift matcha into the bowl with the metal sieve and measure with the slender scoop. Whisk gently while steadying the bowl, then pour carefully through its small lip. Rinse the whisk and let it dry fully on the ceramic holder between uses.

Care

Hand-wash ceramic and metal pieces gently and dry them before storing. Avoid abrasive cleaning, direct heat and sudden temperature changes. Rinse bamboo tools promptly without prolonged soaking and let them dry fully.
