Use

Sift matcha into the bowl and measure with the slender scoop. Add water to suit your own recipe, steady the bowl and whisk gently. Pour carefully through its small lip. Rinse the whisk promptly and let it dry fully on the ceramic holder.

Care

Hand-wash ceramic and metal pieces gently and dry before storing. Avoid abrasive cleaning, direct heat and sudden temperature changes. Rinse bamboo tools without prolonged soaking and let them dry fully.
