Choose your pieces
Apricot and bronze small bowls are labelled 310 ml; the white-speckled and dark larger bowls are labelled 440 ml. A four-piece option includes bowl, stand, whisk and slender scoop; a five-piece option adds a sieve; a six-piece option also adds a tray. A transparent storage tube is not counted as a tea tool.

Preparation
Scoop matcha into the bowl, add water according to your tea's preparation instructions, then whisk gently. Pour into your cup using the lip. Whisks and other tools are included only when specified for your chosen option.
Care
Hand wash gently after use and allow each piece to dry fully. Avoid soaking bamboo for long periods. Handle fine whisk tines with care.
